Is your organization tactically proficient yet strategically deficient? This same question was recently posed by the U.S. Army War College on it’s Whiteboard. (Click here for the post).

As organizations grow and mature they typically become process masters (i.e. expert tacticians) and the U.S. military is no exception. Unfortunately, process mastery often comes at the cost of strategic ability. If you ask this question about your organization, be sure to ask it honestly, without bias and from a neutral perspective. When you do, you may not be happy with the answer.
