It’s the Wednesday of a four day work week and you already need a break – so let’s talk about “kayfabe” – an insider term used by the professional wrestling industry to describe someone not breaking character.

So sit back, relax and click here for a fun five minute video on “The Art of Pro Wrestling” that includes a brief exploration of kayfabe.
