My most recent article How fast is too fast? 10 signs your organization’s growth is on shaky ground hit the web this week… and the Twitterverse is already weighing in with comments like this gem: “Highly aggressive growth goals are largely unmet because of the lack of basic math skills by management that sets those goals.” Translation: Somewhere out there is an organization with more issues than we have time to unpack in this space.
