This past week I met a bunch of cool people and learned a ton of interesting concepts. Yet the very best thing I heard this week was the story of banking director Wanda Collins who was nervous about her upcoming maternity leave for her first child. Then a senior manger pulled her aside and said “Wanda, take as much time as you need. Don’t come back before you are ready. Just be sure to come back.”
