Hello Friends.

Last week the United States went to war. It wasn’t a war we sought or even one we prepared for. Yet here we are. And make no mistake that we are ALL in this together.

Our enemy doesn’t care about our individual political or religious beliefs. It doesn’t care about our race or gender. And it most certainly doesn’t care whether anyone takes it seriously. What it does care about is touching as many of us as possible so it can replicate. And that’s also its greatest weakness.

Our enemy’s single-minded pursuit of its sole objective leaves it vulnerable to US. We can out-think it and we can out-behave it. But we can only do it together. And that’s where you come in.

Every person in the United States has a role to play. Yet if you’re a CEO, a business owner or a leader the responsibility and pressures now upon you are immense. Many people talk about values and culture and this is where you get to demonstrate through action what your values actually mean and what your culture’s all about.

I am not a healthcare expert – although I can direct you to the many fantastic resources that will help guide you in the fight against our enemy. What I am, however, is someone who counsels and works with owners and CEOs of middle-market companies all day long. And in this time of national crisis, I would like to be a trusted resource for you.
