It might be time to work on your organization’s seating chart. New research from Harvard Business School and Cornerstone OnDemand shows that placing the right type of employees near each other “has been shown to generate up to a 15% increase in organizational performance.” (Spoiler alert: Seating weaker employees near stronger ones improves the weaker one’s performance while the stronger ones continue bringing their “A game”).  For more information check out this Fast Company article or the original Harvard / Cornerstone whitepaper.
