Leaders of high performing organizations understand that to win they need talent – not just labor. This is why culture, recruitment and retention are top of mind all the time. Take care of your talent and they’ll take care of you.

Two other key takeaways? The most important benefits to employees are health insurance, flexible hours, more vacation time and the ability to work from home. Also, men prefer team bonding events while women would much rather have free fitness classes. Consider that when designing your perks.
