How much time does it take you to decide whether a word or image is positive or negative? A few seconds? A minute? Your brain decides within 200 to 300 milliseconds.

The next time you react to something, try to remember that your brain has already assigned a value. If you remember that, you can then decide whether you agree with the preassigned value or whether you and your brain have a difference of opinion.
