#MeToo. Sexual harassment. Offensive actions.

Repulsive behavior at work requires immediate action and difficult conversations that even the most experienced CEO’s don’t relish. You can have objective conversations about these actions before they occur, though, by using the Spectrum of Sexual Misconduct @ Work.
