This week I witnessed a (very) high speed chase where a motorcycle blew through a state police blockade and then attempted to outrun three more troopers.

While most of us will never be part of a situation like this, we all face highly fluid and evolving situations that require proactive, collaborative solutions from our organizations. And organizations can only respond at The Speed of Trust.

I was recently reminded of this principle and I encourage you to consider your organization’s speed of trust. Because if that trust is high, you may just be fast enough to catch that motorcycle.
