As Arthur Brooks puts it, it’s time for us to “Disagree better.”

Tough conversations are… well, they’re tough. They’re tough because one person believes/feels/knows one “truth” and the other person has a different view. Yet our entire society is based upon the competition of ideas making disagreement fundamentally necessary to businesses, organizations and our Republic.
