It was bound to happen sooner or later – Amazon’s Alexa has a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. (If you’re wondering, Alexa’s an ESTJ).

For now, this exercise is (mostly) a curious thought experiment. We’re firmly in the ascendant age of Artificial Intelligence, though, so this news should trigger a gigabyte’s worth of questions for you. Will future digital assistants be matched to your specific personality type? Will AI integration into CRM applications offer multiple personas based on client profiles? Will Joaquin Phoenix eventually learn that he and his phone are incompatible?
