Toxic workplaces abound and they’re killing you. That’s the premise of Dr. Jeffrey Pfeffer’s recent book “Dying for a Paycheck” and I’ll have more to say about workplace toxicity in the near future. For now, though, take a beat and consider how your behaviors shape the culture and environment of your workplace. Even when unintentional, our actions affect everyone around us.
