“If you want to get the girl fly a P-51, if you want to go home to your girl strap on a P-47.”
– Popular WWII saying –
During World War II, the Republic P-47 Thunderbolt was renowned for both its durability and firepower. They could also be equipped for a wide variety of missions making them the utility player of U.S. airpower.
You team has utility players, too, and they’re who you call when “it” absolutely must get done. Unlike the P-47, though, there are no homefront factories cranking out more. So what are you doing to ensure that your utility players are not only recognized and rewarded, but most importantly, not fatigued or overloaded? Because your utility players are just like P-47 pilots… and they want to go home, too.
