In September I shared with you how one CEO was recently conned out of $250,000 by the use of deepfake technology. (Click here for that piece). Now, researchers at Canadian A.I. company Dessa, are piloting a deepfake detector. Unfortunately, one of their key conclusions is that deepfake tech is advancing so rapidly that anti-deepfake tech will require almost continual reinvention.
