You may remember a time when calling something “Diesel” signified its strength. Yet just as that expression waned, calling something “Digital” to indicate its modernity is also falling from favor because everything is now assumed to be digital. This is one minor takeaway from Accenture’s Technology Vision 2019 report which dropped last week and worth a read for anyone trying to peer into our disruptive, ever-changing, exponential future.
