“Technology is a bit of a double-edged sword. Used right, it’s a wonderful tool, but unfortunately, it makes it easier for a lot of mediocre people to get really crappy ideas out.
– Martin Gore –

It’s interesting how the very same digital tools and platforms maligned during the past decade as driving us apart are now essential to our connection with each other. This is an object lesson in perceived vs. real value and the important takeaway for leaders is to not just ask yourself what you’re overlooking that might be utilized differently but what mental roadblocks and preconceived notions do you still cling to that are preventing you from envisioning new possibilities?

I’d also like to highlight some good news and John Kraczinski’s appropriately titled video channel Some Good News offers just that. Click here to see John’s program then ask yourself what good news you’ve seen… because it is there if you look.

Finally, here are the newest updates to the resource page:

  • Link to the full text of the CARES Act on CONGRESS.GOV
  • CARES Act Small Business Interruption Loans analysis prepared by the American Dental Association analysis
  • Cohen Seglias COVID-19 Resource Page with new updates and clarifications for PA construction projects
  • Vistage Research Center video webinar on the CARES Act and SBA Disaster Relief
  • Chief Outsiders COVID-19 resource page
  • 4.01 Vistage CARES Act webinar with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce

That’s it for Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

Stay safe. Stay healthy. Be strong. Lead well.
