Everyone wears a mask and one of your jobs as a leader is to remove yours and inspire your employees to do the same. People with a rare disease often wear masks, too, and chances are you know one of them. Rare Disease Day is tomorrow (2.28) and you can be supportive by attending an event or firing up the social media machine and dipping a toe in the Twitterverse.
