It’s the middle of summer vacation season and, according to Linkedin’s most recent survey of summer vacation habits, 70% of you won’t really leave work behind you during your time away. So the next time you’re away and reach for your phone, tablet, laptop or shoe-phone, think twice and put it down. If for no other reason, do it to set a good example for your staff. You want them to enjoy their time away but that’s difficult to do when that’s not the behavior that you model.
