If you follow downhill skiing you know that Olympian Mikaela Shiffrin just came off the best season of her entire career. She credits this in part to her finally figuring out how her “why” means winning for herself.
Modern working environments are predominantly collaborative and team-based. Yet they fall apart when we fail to connect each individual’s why to a larger organizational purpose. Hopefully you know your “why” and how it relates to your organization. Can everyone in your organization articulate theirs?
