If you have fond childhood memories of FrootLoops cereal then I’ve got some bad news for you… Toucan Sam has received a makeover. (Click here to check him out). The hashtag #NotMyToucanSam channeled some pretty serious criticism of the new mascot and if you’re wondering why you should care the answer is delightfully simple: people hate change. So as folks return to work to find new policies, procedures and protocols, remember that change is hard – even for a toucan.
