Expectation vs. Reality

Strong leaders understand the conflict between expectation and reality. They understand that reality seldom matches our expectations and seek balance between their vision of a changed world and the need to accept the future that actually shows up.  So as we enter 2017, my challenge to you is: Examine your expectations, confront your reality, craft a strong vision and be prepared to adapt.
