Change takes many forms and is never easy. Doesn’t matter whether it’s something personal (like hairstyle/residence/relationship) or something professional (like operating software / business structure or product/service). Point is, when we decide to make a change we never quite have all the information about what life on “the other side” might look like. So as we head into Spring (the ultimate Season of Change), consider the change(s) you’re not making and why. Because no matter your vision, “the other side” is guaranteed to be different than what you expect.
