“What’s next?” is the question that entrepreneurial-minded leaders all-too-often ask after a successful project or win. The next time you find yourself asking this question, though, take time to pause and celebrate the win. Robert Plant wrote “The pain of war cannot exceed the woe of aftermath.” Failing to slow your roll (as the kids say), is a sure path to organizational indigestion and a victory filled with woe.
