Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about the amount of repetition necessary for critical messages to sink in. (Think Mission, Vision and Values). And then a message from Microsoft’s Chief Storyteller showed up in my inbox with this astounding fact: Over the past five years Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella has begun every speaking engagement (300+ internal and external gigs) with Microsoft’s mission statement. That’s commitment and that’s what repetition means – saying something until you’re positive that everyone has heard it… and then saying it some more. And speaking of repetition, you like to repeat success, right? If so, you may want to check out a special event coming up on September 5.

Celebrated speaker, former F-15 squadron commander and USAF Weapons School Instructor Robert “Cujo” Teschner will offer his full day workshop “Debrief to Win” at the Dixon University Center in Harrisburg, PA. This disciplined approach to teaming is centered on accountability and enables resilience for those who want to succeed. Learn how to apply this model within your organization and never wonder again why you lost or whether you won because of luck or skill. Click here to view a video of Cujo in action and then Click here to register. To receive the program flyer please email Sara@chadharvey.com

Have a great weekend and I hope to see you on September 5th!
