Who’s dumping in your yard?

I have a neighbor that dumps yard waste downhill into a far corner of my property. I’ve allowed this for fifteen years because it’s an area that’s hard to reach and I don’t use it. Nonetheless, it’s my yard and I own that corner.

As a leader, you own a large, virtual yard with a corner that employees, stakeholders, and customers are dumping on. (I guarantee it). So the question isn’t whether it’s happening – it’s why you’re allowing it to happen.

If you’re honest with yourself you likely want the dumping to stop. So… Who’s dumping on you and what are you going to do about it?
