Our world – and what we do in it – is changing at an increasingly fast pace. This means that you’re being called upon to do new, hard things more often. That’s likely why the saying “Fake it til you make it” is thrown about so often. I don’t like that phrase very much so I’m proposing a new one: Face it til you ace it. So, the next time you’re confronted with something new and scary, don’t turn away and please don’t “fake it.” Instead, Face it til you ace it.

Stay safe. Stay healthy. Be strong. Lead well.
