When you and your team win, do you know why? Now consider your losses – do you have any idea how close you actually came to winning? These are questions that one of the Vistage groups I Chair recently discussed with Robert “Cujo” Teschner – author, U.S. Air Force F-15 & F-22 pilot, and former Top Gun instructor. Cujo showed us how to apply the military’s debrief model to civilian organizations and after our session I pulled him aside for a brief chat.
