The subject of whether or not to make “remote work” a part of your organization is a question I receive regularly so when I see something unique about this topic I always take note. Case in point: One company takes the issue so seriously that each year they have a “Remote Week” where employees are encouraged “to log on from environments that make them feel the most comfortable, inspired, and productive.”
