No matter the narratives floated by those who traffic in sowing discord, our species likes to collaborate and help each other. The thing is, we often don’t let others in to help – let alone express our hopes and desires. Instead, we suffer stoically. The same holds true whether we’re discussing a personal issue or a professional vision. People want to help and will do so in the most surprising of ways. They just need to know that they’re needed. Then, when they do show up, amazing things happen.
