A recent survey by Mental Health America of 17,000 workers found that 70% of the current workforce is searching for other jobs, and roughly 50% have essentially retired in place. Excessive overtime hours, a lack of teamwork and inflexible work schedules are among the factors cited for the lack of engagement.
