The fact that life is a series of fleeting moments is an inescapable, and sometimes uncomfortable, truth that many of us choose to disregard in the daily crush of “doing.” This week, pick three moments at random. Focus on the moment as it occurs and try experiencing it instead of rushing to the next item on your schedule or “to do” list.
