When we think of high achievers – like test pilots and those with “The Right Stuff” (thank you Tom Wolfe) – we don’t often think of fear. Yet it’s always there and legendary aviator Chuck Yeager was willing to acknowledge that fear and move with it. Yeager died this week but his legacy lives on. Then remember that fear need not be restrictive but can also be a tool that you employ to accomplish your objectives.
