“Questions are our best friends for the invention and refinement of strong useful theory, and they are the lethal enemies of poor theory.”
– Colin S. Gray –
I recently came across the above quote from geopolitical theorist and professor Colin Gray. That quote, coinciding with a facilitated discussion, was a forceful reminder that the best strategists and leaders ask probing, insightful questions. They ask these ask questions not in service of their ego, but to improve the world they inhabit. Now ask yourself this: What questions have you asked this week that have improved the world you inhabit?
