We live in an era of personalization and customization and your employer-provided tools may be driving (or keeping) good people away. That’s why more than half of all enterprise organizations allow their employees to choose between a Mac or a PC. This is a valid talent recruitment and retention tactic as 71% of college and university students prefer a Mac and “51% of PC-owning students would prefer to use a Mac if cost were not a consideration.”
