If the past thirty days were a time for self-education and vigorous action, then the next thirty days are the time for forward-focused questions. These are questions designed to help illuminate your future path that are rooted in acknowledgement of our changed world. Apparent changes (like the acceptance of remote work, supply chain adjustments, enhanced public health spending, etc.) are your invitation to ask deeper, more nuanced questions about what our changed world will soon look like – and your place in it. Just beware of the mindset that whispers “When things get back to normal”… because that ship has most definitely sailed.
