One of the standard questions I like to ask teams during strategy sessions is what they’re NOT going to do or what they’re going to STOP doing so they might achieve their goals. All too often, though, that question is greeted with blank stares because the human mind loves to pile more on top of more. This is known as subtraction bias and it’s killing your best efforts in the cradle.
