I have fond memories of leafing through the dense, visually rich issues of National Geographic that could always be found on my grandparent’s reading table. Yet National Geographic (Nat Geo to you hipsters) is about much more than cool pics of faraway places as evidenced by their second annual Slingshot Challenge.
